Corporate Financial Wellbeing

I started in finance back in 1994 and have been talking to people about where they are now, where they want to be and crucially what is stopping them getting there ever since.

As an employer, I know you want happy employees, but the truth is that a lot of happiness (or lack of) is driven by financial worries, much of which can be unfounded. Financial wellbeing is often one of those hidden problems, but a recent survey by PWC found that people stressed about money were spending 3 hours per week during work time trying to solve their money issues.

Often times, in the workplace, any number of your employees with have some money questions and queries, but there will also be a percentage for whom it is worse. The reality is that often times these worries can be solved with a new piece of information, letting them know something they didn’t know, these stresses can be resolved.

With a new way of looking at things around their money mindset and with relevant factual information delivered in a way that’s easy to understand in a non-judgemental way, I can help put an employee back in the driving seat of their finances, so they know their next steps and feel in control.

I want them to feel empowered through having more financial knowledge in this fast-moving, ever-changing world.

I’ve had the privilege of working for some of the large banks in my career, such as Santander and Barclays, and I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals over my time as a former financial advisor and now, money coach, and have explored at length what makes the biggest difference to financial lives and happiness around that. That combined with my Post Grad in Business & Personal Coaching, I am well placed to help grow your company’s financial wellbeing.

I find the best way to help people grow their financial education is through talking, interaction and practical exercises, in a fun and engaging way. These can be done online in a webinar, 1:1 or workshop style.

I can work with you to help promote the sessions, how to work out what people need, run the sessions themselves, and the next steps for your employees which for you overall helps with your employee retention and return on investment.
